To say that comic artist Ken Lashley is excited about drawing the upcoming X-Men Prime for Marvel, would be an understatement. However, this isn't his first X-Men outing, as he did interiors for Uncanny X-Men in 2016, and before that he did covers for Extraordinary X-Men and X-Men Legacy.
Other work that he has undertaken for Marvel includes, but is not limited to, Spider-Man Team Up, X-Calibre, Excalibur, Black Panther and The All New Exiles.
For DC Comics, Ken has worked on titles such as Red Hood and the Outlaws, Superman: Doomed and Secret Six with reknown writer Gail Simone, to name but a few.
In addition to the big two, he has also worked for Hasbro, Mattel and Lucasfilm, with one of his projects for the latter easily being one of our favourites.
At SDCC in 2011, Ken undertook a live Star Wars painting of a 2012 VW Passat for Lucasfilm, which was simply stunning.
ECC are looking forward to having Ken as a guest in 2017, and are hearing all about his love of eggnog. :-)
