Although James Harren just entered the pro ranks of comic creators a few years ago, he has certainly proven himself a worthy member.
is the artist on Dark Horse titles such as Conan and Mike Mignola's B.P.R.D: Hell on Earth and Abe Sapien: The Devil Does Not Jest.
His own creator-owned project Rumble, with writer John Arcudi, is put out by Image Comics. It has been described as Louis C.K. meets Robert E. Howard in a David Fincher universe, so you can rest assured it's in a good home.
In addition to his sequential work, James is also a highly-sought after cover artist for other publishers. He has produced work for Thor, Hawkeye vs Deadpool, Spider-Gwen, Birthright, Six-Gun Gorilla, Judge Dredd and Southern Bastards, to name but a few.
His influences include Jack Kirby, Moebius, Katsuhiro Otomo, and Mike Mignola.
ECC look forward to having James as a guest, and can't wait to ask him what it was like working on Heralds, which was likely one of Marvel's first modern female centric titles.
